My name is Anna, founder of AMF Coaching & Consulting AMF: These letters stand for my name, Anna Mohamed Fathallah. They represent both the multiculturalism that my family embraces, and the touchstones of my coaching: Awareness, Mindfulness, and Fulfillment. I strongly believe that building not just awareness but mindfulness—a more active, reflective form of awareness and presence in the world—leads to a more fulfilling life.
At the core of my mission lies a profound belief in the transformative power of human connections and the pursuit of innovative creative thinking. While my path to coaching wasn't right away, guiding, mentoring, and team development have always played a pivotal role in my career. Boasting over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, travel, and business event planning across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Russia, I've gathered a wealth of leadership insights.
Today, I offer remote coaching services to clients worldwide, as well as in-person coaching to those in Switzerland. My approach is deeply rooted in both professional and personal experiences, influenced by the assessments, models, and tools I've encountered on my journey. My non-judgmental approach, combined with an action-oriented methodology, allows you to define your next steps and tap into your true potential IN A WAY THAT FEELS WHOLLY AUTHENTIC. I’ll guide you on your journey towards success and fulfilment, helping you to build confidence and reduce stress, discover what motivates you, find clarity, and develop resilience.
